TOTAL FREIGHT = CHARGEABLE WEIGHT x FREIGHT
- CHARGEABLE WEIGHT: whichever is greater between “gross weight” and “volumetric weight”
- Gross weight: actual weight included packaging. Unit: Kilogram
- Volumetric weight: dimensional weight. Volume Weight = (L x W x H) (cm)/5,000
- Compensation policy: depending on the case, maximum 05 times freight for loss/damage goods. For high value goods, the Consignor or Sender needs to purchase our insurance service and we will make compensation under the policy if the package is lost or damaged
